| This machine is in fair shape.. But it does most likely need a new head. I've had it since it was new I run a very small shop out of my garage. So I only print a few small jobs each day. So the mileage on this machine is very low. It leaves small bands at the edges of the prints mostly in yellow and red, and only as it gets well warmed up for the day. For the first job you you might not see it and get a perfect print. By the 3rd or 4th, it will be bad. So it for sure needs some tlc. I have purchased a new machine, so i'm putting this up for sale. It does have a crack in the plastic on the left side where a roll of Vinyl was knocked into it. It has zero effect on the machine.The ink lines were replaced 2 years ago after the manifold developed a crack. UPDATE...... We have found the issue with this printer and it has been repaired. I only had a chance to do one test print and I had to move it out of the shop to have a place for the new machine.. The test print seems to have printed perfect... It is now wrapped and stored but still powered up (so the heads do not miss normal cleaning etc). | |
